MOSCOW, Apr 3 (PRIME) – Moscow will feel a blow between April and June and may have budget problems, Mayor Sergei Sobyanin told Channel 1 in an interview broadcast Friday.
"Moscow has a reserve, we have partially reduced spending and we have transitory reserves… the situation in the first quarter is more or less stable," Sobyanin said.
"We would be hit and see budget troubles in the second quarter most probably, after the second quarter, when recalculation will be made."
